tafkas great job!i can remember the george allen days like they were yesterday.man,football was so different then,guys would do anything if they thought it would help their team win.it also seems like teams were alot closer.from kurt knight ,sam wyche,ken houston,ron mcdole(the dancing bear!)the whole over the hill gang was just so much fun to watch(and as a kid,be a little part of)every sunday i couldnt wait to see the skins and that nervous wreck of a coach,the late great george allen.from adjusting the bill of his cap,lickin his thumb,and all the hand clapping,ah yes,it was great to be a skins fan in the 70`s.who can forget charley taylors grab in the 1972 nfc title game over mark washington to give the skins the win over the hated cowboys.from larry brown to billy kilmer,charlie harraway,jerry smith it just doesnt seem like that long ago.dont worry youngens,coach gibbs has us heading towards that fun and glory,just be patient
