I thought Whitlock's column was spot on regarding black on black violence. There needs to be more public outrage over the senseless shootings that occur in our cities every day.
As for Wilbon, he owes nothing less than a retraction of his column earlier this week. He made it sound as if Taylor's past lifestyle choices set himself up for his demise. Now we know that his past had NOTHING to do with this. This wasn't some sort of retribution. It was a cold, senseless murder in a robbery gone bad, and for that, Mr. Wilbon's retraction should treat Sean as the completely innocent victim that he was.
