It was time for Joe to step down, but I was hoping that he would stay on as President though. I'm said for that because the man knows football even though coaching is over his head. Like Parcells stated earlier this (coaching) is a young man's game. I just hope that we keep Williams or Saunders as HC. I do not want some college coach to come in and changed things in this organization. We need some continuity.
