I can see how you think inappropriate touching of a 14 year old girl is a crime, but they were making out. And that case should've ended with the fact that it was consensual sex. You're acting like you can't see things from his point of view. Did you not have sex with anyone younger than you when you were a teenager? Did you not make out with girls for fear of getting arrested for inappropriate touching?
