This crummey guys sounds like he could be something. He was an all american his jr. year right? Usually all american as an O linemen is a pretty good indication of pro ability, unlike the 'skill' positions where so many of them aren't much as pros.

If it's just a matter of him healing then hopefully the team sticks w/him to give him time to heal. Maybe the chargers thought he wouldn't recover fully, but they also have a more crowded roster than ours.
