He did play a lot of third downs, but the carries between him and JJ were split pretty equally throughout the season, and not really in any particular situation.
What has yet to be seen is what age/increased workload might do to his effectiveness. He's going to start this year and see 60-70 percent of the touches, so if he holds up this year he can silence all the doubters.
