I don't know...I know the first time was an e-check, but I didn't think it was this time. I do normally have my paypal account backed up by a CC, however, I don't think I backed up this payment cause I didn't have the money in the bank account meaning I had to use "the backup" to make the payment. Maybe that was the problem? Why would the CC payment not be instantanious?
