the jets could swap him for P.Ramsey straight up. if this is the case would you consider it?
as long as the skins feel they can work out a long term deal for him.. he won't play unless a long term deal is in the offing

too much money, we got 120mill in 2006 salary and 110mil in 2007 already committed, where can you fit him in without dropping half the roster? If the cba isn't renewed there' absolutely no way. If it is I'd still vote no due to his expense and character concerns (he wants a LOT of money, and we see how that can end up biting you).
btw, everyone should be hoping for a new cba, otherwise we won't be able to sign anyone and will have to release people due to some poorly structured contracts (lavar, brunell, wynn). New cba means all bonuses can be stretched over a much longer period of time, we can cut people and spread the hit over two years again, we can renegotiate contracts etc.

he is not coming here because of the money.if all it took was to offer ramsey straight up,this probably would have happened last season

Don't know about that. Ramsey's stock wasn't the same last year; different year, different possibilities.

I think Abraham is to expensive for the skins even with a new collective bargaining agreement. He is looking for a monster deal.

I agree, even with a new CBA the Skins have alot of work to do to get under the cap.
