In 2004, Randy Starks was supposed to be a top 15 pick, and the Titans got him in the 3rd round. Last year, the Raiders got Antaaj Hawthorne in the 6th. Sure, he tested positive for pot at the combine, but the guy was supposed to be a first rounder. It's not like these guys got any worse as football players between the end of the college season and the draft. They just have question marks.
