With the 28th pick in the 2006 warpath mock draft the Jacksonville Jaguars select:

Demeco Ryans, OLB Alabama

With the 29th pick the NY Jets select:

Center Nick Mangold, Ohio St.

with the 30th pick in the 2006 warpath mock draft,the colts select joseph addai,running back L.S.U.

New trade to announce:

The Tennessee Titans have swapped picks with the Kansas City Chiefs. Kansas City will recieve the 39th overall pick. The Titans get picks no. 54 and 85

With the 31st overall pick. The Seattle Seahawks select, Max Jean-Gilles, G, out of the University of Georgia.

Another trade has been announced:

The Texans have traded the 33rd overall pick to the Panthers for the 58th, the 89th, the 121st, and Carolina's 3rd rounder next year.

That completes the first round, which took 128 hours. Teams will now have 20 hours to make their 2nd round choice. Carolina is now on the clock.
