SMoot: If there was a Steve Spurrier show, I would attend every single taping!

I'm really only crazy with my football ideals!

I guess you don't get the DC-NBC affiliate. Because back when Spurrier was coach every Saturday night was the Steve Spurrier show with George Michael (of SportsMachine, not Wham!) and Sonny Jurgensen

i don't know if it was the same show or not but i remember there being one on either saturday or sunday mornings on which spurrier and sometimes his son went over last weeks game and the upcoming opponent.

hah, that's right, Smoot. I'd watch that now and then! I thought you were going for more of a variety hour! With Steve juggling and jumping through hoops.

How about "Shows that didn't make it, but should've".

Anyone here watch "SportsNight"? I've got the whole thing on DVD. It was very well written and acted.

Top all time is the Simpsons, by far.

Wasn't all that big a fan of the critic, but I did like greg the bunny. SportsNight was great also.

Anyone else like Boomtown?

It had a pretty cool concept of showing crimes from various points of view. So the first few minutes for example might be the cops point of view, then the victims, then reporters, then the prosecuting attorney, etc. Critically raved, but not much of a ratings success
