well it isnt his business site, its his personal blog site, which I guess is fine, even if you have sexual jokes, and little kids cussing. But as soon as you have links about your business, and you are promoting yourself, then that good enough to get you fired.
Agreed, but he advertises his status as an attorney all over the place.
Bad move.

It is funny that all this is happening, now? WTF you would think someone had noticed his myspace and atleast complained about it, like former defendents, etc. Heck maybe even the state??? This guy seems like a totally douche, and not who you would want to be a state prosecutor. I am not going to deny that I want to go to one of this guys parties, bc they look sick lol...

Well if this does get to trail, too bad he's not the prosecutor, sounds like he would really f'ed up the trial.

The case could get dismissed on the pretrial motion to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct. Thie guy was obviously a bonehead trying to privately profit from his public position.
However, if the motion to dismiss is denied, the prosecutor's conduct will not be an issue at trial. It's simply irrelevant to the charges.

Could it get dismissed without prejudice or is that not suitable in this case? Or is that even a legal option in a criminal case?
Seems to me that Taylor when all is said and done in the criminal case could sue for defamation. Is that a possibility?

I blew right on past it and didn't notice until 2001! It's like missing your car's odometer hitting 100,000. Very disappointing. Anyways. I plan on posting 100 times a day until I catch That Guy. Here come the one word posts baby!
