some clowns...

It's a valid question. I personally would rather see the ball in Randle Els hand instead of cooleys. I couldnt care less if he caught 1 ball all year or 80.

Hey, If you can't handle a simple question go join the circlejerk at www.ilovetroyaikmen.com (http://www.ilovetroyaikmen.com) and tell each other how great you look.Fine, I'll respect your question and give it a straight answer.

No. Cooley will NOT suffer a statistically significant drop in production due to the offensive line or any other cause. The other options should lower Moss' production a bit, but Cooley and Moss will still be the teams two leading receivers, because they will play every down as the other guys rotate in by package.

That's a good point.

I really think we have a top 5 line behind those of like the steelers kc and seattle. Doc and Rabach are much better than people give them credit for. Last year everyone and their mothers were talking about Doc being a weak link on the o-line, including me. He still may be the weak link but that is only becaues he plays on a steller line. I think he is better than rabach now. DOc improved immensely and I don't understand why he doesn't get his credit. I think there was a thread in which we all recognized this.

Randy Thomas is the best offensive player we have and that is on a team with the likes of chris cooley, santana moss, and clinton portis. Nothing more needs to be said about randy. Samuels is underrated by skin fans as MANY of us were surprised when he made the pro bowl and some said he shouldn't have been there. Samuels doesn't do anything wrong, he is solid and does his job well. He did an amazing job against the giant DEs last year and played an all around solid year. His mistakes of false starts in prior seasons were erased and he is a pro bowl caliber player. Then jon, he, i think, was somewhat taken to a higher level by skin fans when he got hurt. We blamed all of our sadness on him not being there making him greater than he really was. I still think he is definately top 10. Doc is underappreciated and that is fine. he doesn't make mistakes and he does a solid job. He is an above average player in this league. Rabach doesn't make mistakes, outside of game-winning situations against teams like the chargers when he becomes studpid, and plays solid. He is an average player that does a great job. The center leads the line and our line plays well, he is a smart talented vetern who adds to the line in more ways than just brute strength.

Our line is top 5 and that is that. Top 3 in the NFC and that is our competition and the best in the Beast. Our line, portis, and the passing attack are going to make for a top 5 offense next year and teams should be afraid becaues our defense is going to kick some ass.

I am biased against raibach.
Ever since that holding penalty in OT against the freakin chargers.

Being in Bolts territory, that loss really stung :(

To answer the question, I don't think our line will impact Cooley's numbers anymore than it did last year. If anything the additional weapons will reduce his numbers if they are lower than last year. However, Saunders recent history with an athletic TE is to feed him the ball down the seams and in the flat to open things up down the field so Cooley may have more yards & TD but less receptions. Personally I could care less who gets the stats, I just want victories!

I love our O-Line . Im upset with the game Randy Thomas got injured on. We were winning and had playoffs in our mind, subs werent made and he went down, I think Samuels shouldnt have been probowl when Jansen overcame 2 thumbs , rebounding back from his previous injury. Dockery and Rabach are the glue to this line Id say they are fill the gaps between our anchors., i dont think well have issues with protection defenses will have to gamble when we line up the skins are extremely versatile.Their is too much knowledge, heart, and talent from the coaches on down to not be. But where does Cooley fit, I like having that depth always have weapons ready, He can get down field I think in the league now he can be used and be involved like Gonzalez was to a smaller degree with his size. He can relax some and vision higher goals like which rings to wear on which hands. Soon enough.

No. Crappy was used as a descriptive to classify the Offensive Line, not Cooley.
The Questions 'Neutrality' was in regards to Cooleys performance.
