The 4400

NY_Skinsfan got me watching this show last season. Season 3 premieres Sunday night.

Anyone else besides me and NY_S looking forward to it?

I want to start watching but at this point I need to see season 1 and 2 first. I hate coming into that type of show cluesless as to what is going on.

I watched and really liked season 1 but I missed all but 3 or 4 episodes of season 2 so I'm a bit unsure of what all is going on. I know I definitely gotta watch a somewhat similar show as far as powers goes called Heroes starting on NBC this fall about ordinary people who find out they have super human powers.
