this kind of stuff burns me. how is it legal to say whatever you feel like about a person , regardless of the truth?

Did she just allude to the fact that he might be bit light in loafers, or did she come out and say he was having a sexual relationship with this guy? I might just be her opinion that their relationship seemed a bit too intense to her.

She said he had an "alternate lifestyle" and then later explained that away like this:

"I didn't just blurt out Michael is gay with Ian," Jean Strahan, 41, told The News. "I really meant that it was a lifestyle change. ... Alternative to being with me was hanging out with this guy, chasing anything that moves."

That's such a BS answer, everyone knows what "alternative lifestyle" means these days. I think that first part is really funny though, "gay with Ian," the only thing that would have been funnier would be if she had said "gay for Ian."

Good point. "gay with Ian" makes it sound like they both happened to be doing gay things in the same room at the same time.

Have you ever seen the movie Saving Silverman? There's a line like that from Jack Black. He says to his friend something like, "oh yeah, I figured out I was gay...HEY! You wanna be gay with me?"
