I bought a BBQ Consession Rig

I made the plunge but I did it VERY low budget and with lots to work on. A friend showed me the ad and I called the guy and the smoker is 3 miles away.

It was an enclosed BBQ Consession Trailer on a 7" x 14' double axel trailer. Now the sides and roof are all striped away and it's a open / framed ready to remake moster. It has a 6' wide by 6' tall and 30" deep smoker too!

I can now cook for 250+!!!!!

I went and saw it.
He drops it off this weekend.
