Wow. With attributes like these, I'm tempted to leave this one on the shelf.

why does everyone put so much into these ratings? it is a game, right?

Plus the ratings will change as the season goes on anyway

Yep fellas I officially retired my Madden 06 last night with two back to back wins. I went on like a 6 month losing streak. Once I lost the early year Patrick Ramsey I NEVER recovered. I relied too much on what I could do with him at QB. Brunel just never really worked out for me. I found my answer in JASON CAMPBELL !!!!!! That kid is the truth !

Cooley's rating will change once you switch him to TE anyway....

That Moss/Smith thing is a little wierd.

cooley is a 95, some early ratings had him at 98. if you move him to TE he becomes a 90 (still good).

smith was #1 in yards and had 12 TDs. he was clearly above the field last year and i'm really not worried about the difference. I'm more upset at Joe salave'a getting shafted (71 OVR vs the 80ish it should be). carter and daniels also have their positions wrong in 07 (carter should be the RE), but that's fairly minor.

07 has a much better opening roster than 06 in terms of accuracy, but it's already out of date. antaun edwards (FA SS -> WAS FS #39), posey (bills LOLB -> WAS ROLB #58), rumph (SF CB -> WAS #30), julian battle (KC CB -> WAS #37), jacobs (WAS WR -> SF), chris clemons (WAS ROLB -> FA). nic clemons (RE) and curry burns (FS) can also be tossed.

also, ty law (CB 10SB?/30total, 5 years KC), dan wilkinson (DT 3year .5SB/6.31total), junior seau (1 year vet min?), etc didn't make it in time.
