I agree with everyone as well. I think we will be fine, as long as Todd Collins never ever has to take a snap in the regular season. He reminded me of Jay Schreader (dont think i spelled that right) or Rypien when he was still new. The first unit Defense is NASTY. They could carry us a long way alla The Ravens a few years ago. I think Brunnel and Campbell looked ok. Please everyone pray for CP's recovery. All in all a typical pre season game. I knew there was a reason I never really watched PRE SEASON. I think I might go back to my old ways and get ready to go to FED EX on the 11th and watch the guys who actually make the team.

Oh yeah , Epsy and Mcintosh looked good. Rocky will be starting by the 5th game of the year or so. HAIL

As long as we dont have any major injury problems that linger throughout the season (obviously we'll have some here and there) but if there is nothing major, I think our starting 22 players could be a couple of the best units in football with alot of really good role players.

Our depth however, could kill us. I mean I know its early so alot of the guys that looked bad yetserday were either rookies, or still new. The one guy i'm concerned with is Kenny Wright. I think Ade Jimoh is going to push him a little bit to get better cause Jimoh played well last season.

That being said, I'm not too worried. The Bengals had all their sucess (outside of the Brunell pick) after our starters were out. I think the Campbell/Collins competition for backup qb could get heated, cause I was impressed with Campbell. I think with more time in the pocket, he could be deadly.

AND if you give him a decent line.

We'll be good to go. We could go 0-4 and I wouldn't feel any differently, unless someone went down for the season. In fact, without checking stats here, Gibbs has taken a winless preseason team to the Super Bowl. Makes you wonder. If we come out reasonably healthy, we'll be good.

The defense got penetration early and often. Taylor will be a beast. And suprisingly Holdman looked like he knew where he was supposed be to as did Rocky.

Man - Campbell, what a hose. This kid could very well crack the line up this year, injury to Brunell or not. The more reps gets, the better he'll be.

im not worried at all. the only negative was the injury. our first teamers, both offense and defense, played fairly well( other than the brunell interception)

Injuries are the only concern, aside from the need to get Kenny Wright a flame-retardant jersey. That said, he played decently. I think the team competed, and the offense showed just enough. I'd feel better if they were able to finish off some of those drives, but it's early.

Brunell was trying to throw that ball out of bounds but was also trying to avoid the sack. he will learn and we will be okay I beleive, up to that point our offense looked pretty good.

We simply have little to no depth on our team right now which is a huge cause for concern. Can we win if some important cogs go down? It hasnt changed my outlook on the season, of course I refuse to call any team that's made the playoffs once in how many years a Super Bowl contender till I see some regular season action.

I think our depth is indicative of the parody of the league. We see how shitty our second stringers are, because we follow the Skins. I think you'd be hard pressed to find teams in this league that are happy with their depth. That being said, our lack of O-Line depth got exposed last night
