Butts On!!!
Hey guys and Skinettes it's the Holdiday weekend and the first thing I want to say is "THANKS" to all American Veterans. I want to do a special thanks to the WWII guys. Those guys did more for our Country and the World then any other generation in History. If they had not done what they did the world would be a much different place and not for the better. Again thank you Sirs!
I found and had shared a couple of useful Memorial Day links and you and your family might enjoy and learn from them.

So what are you guys doing this weekend? It's my wife's Birthday this weekend and we are going up to Arlington to her sister's for a party on Sat. So to get ready and not come empty handed I am smoking a Pork Shoulder and a Turkey breast. No, not with an over sized Bong but with a Off set Smoker Grill I just got a few weeks ago.
Here it is next to my regular Grill and it was only about $150

The pork shoulder is just starting but will look like this later today after it cooks for about an hour per pound at 250-300 degrees.

Anyway that's what I'll be doing all day.
Have a great weekend folks and GOD Bless American and all those that have and or are serving.
