Constantly we hear about -Is there more to Portis' injury. Careful thought and inside word is that the arrival of TJ will be permanent and that CP will be dealt after the season. Someone kill this thread!!! I seriously doubt Clinton is going anywhere. He IS GIBBS GUY!! Thats why Clinton can get away with what he said and Lavar was ostrisized (lol). Clinton is Gibbs favorite guy here. I think that was a ridiculous statement with no inside knowledge at all.

Riggins was one of the worst team guys and Gibbs kept him around because he was his best option, and I don't think you can compare one statement made by Portis and the constant pain in the ass Riggins was to Gibbs.

Here's My prediction: Clinton Portis does not play in next years preseason, but suits up in Burgandy and Gold week one.

Portis wont have more than two carries a game thats for sure. i dotn think Edge has had more than 2-3 carries a preseason game in years.

The problem is with that is he only had one carry this preseason. have you noticed Ladanlian Thomlinson does not play in the preseason. That was my point.
