Moss without question. Saunders should get a tounge lashing every time he doesn't get it to him 5-10 times a game.

EternalEnigma21 10-02-2006, 12:45 AM Moss gets my vote for obvious reasons (especially the 31 fantasy points!), but the O-line looked fucking sick... they get out and block for the run alot more than they have in the past and they just plow over everybody! I was VERY impressed with the play of our O-LINE today against a D-Line and linebacker unit that were some of the top in the league... Pittsburg could NOT establish a run on these guys and Portis and the O line made them look terrible! D looked like they are improving, but need to tighten up in the secondary.... itvnetop 10-02-2006, 12:54 AM Although I voted O-line, I don't see anyone beating Mr. Moss for NFC offensive player of the week... Pocket$ $traight 10-02-2006, 12:55 AM Although I voted O-line, I don't see anyone beating Mr. Moss for NFC offensive player of the week... From section 136 he looked phenomenal! I really wanted to run on the field and pummel the ref, he was an asshole. railcon56 10-02-2006, 01:10 AM Brunell played a hell of a game. A game I wasn't sure he still had in him. I didn't think he had it in him either...Thats why Mr Brunnel Gets my game ball... saden1 10-02-2006, 01:10 AM I voted Portis because he softened up their defense. Moss was awesome but Portis did what no man has done in 13 games against that defense. Moses couldn't have parted the Red Sea any better. He shall lead our people to the promised land. BMF21 10-02-2006, 01:13 AM Moss........was a beast today..... Master4Caster 10-02-2006, 01:18 AM I'm giving props to Brunell because of his numbers and it seems (to me) that he's not getting enough support in this poll. He played a great game in executing the game plan that was called. The entire team stepped up today. Portis really set the tone for the game. The O-line handled the defense - the running plays gave the the chance to dictate to Jacksonville and they were magnificent in doint it. Cooley stepped up. The defense was better. And Moss - wow! GTripp0012 10-02-2006, 01:34 AM If I'm ever going to pick a WR as MVP of anything, it would be today. I really want to go Brunell for his consistent play and rebounding from the flea flicker INT well. But in a game of big plays on both sides, we really needed a gamebreaker to keep up with them. So Moss gets my game MVP. But let's give the D-Line a little love. Even though the D gave up 30 points (I'l credit Jacksonville playcalling for that one) we pressured Leftwich all day. Daniels even got a well deserved pick. And Cooley made his triumphant return to the statsheet today. Not only that, but he had a great day blocking. And Christian Fauria officially has more holding calls this year than great blocks. Cooley is our best blocking TE, and thats gonna be a problem. GTripp0012 10-02-2006, 01:38 AM Rock did a GREAT job on returns today. Hall was excellent. Frost was excellent minus the one shanked punt. Special teams earned an A- today. Kick Coverage was iffy at times. And ol' Sean Taylor was really crackin heads today. Namely Reggie Williams' head. |
