more like a 7 page play book.
My Little League Football Team VictoryFRPLG 10-04-2006, 11:20 AM more like a 7 page play book. TheMalcolmConnection 10-04-2006, 11:22 AM HA. Maybe two. TheMalcolmConnection 10-04-2006, 11:22 AM But I totally agree, it doesn't matter if you're fat or not, it's FOOTBALL. They're not going to learn anything if they only get small kids to run. I have one kid who would be a BEAST fullback, but he can't run the ball. 724Skinsfan 10-04-2006, 11:26 AM You need me to play against those kids. I bet I could score a lot of touchdowns! Ain't no way any kid is fast enough or strong enough to bring me down. I seriously would just dominate in this league! ArtMonkDrillz 10-04-2006, 11:27 AM That's a BS rule. Poor unathletic fat kids get denied the opporunity to do the one thing they might be able to do somehwat well just because they are fat. Everyone needs to go back to the weight classes instead of the age classes. Fat kids can play with fat kids. Haha. When I was in 9th grade I played one last year of pop warner because I didn't think I'd be big enough to try out for JV. Ironically I had to drop like 5lbs to make the weight limit to play that year and it was hard as shit to do it. I had to run a lot and not eat the night before/day of the weigh in. I acted like it was the hardest thing in the world. A couple of months later I joined the JV wrestling team and dropped something like 10lbs really fast without even trying. Then later on when I was on the varsity team I ended up dropping about 25lbs in about 3 weeks to make a lower weight class. I'm still the only person I know that went down weight classes between 11th and 12th grade, since most people either go up of stay the same. I need to go on that diet/workout routine again. ArtMonkDrillz 10-04-2006, 11:28 AM You need me to play against those kids. I bet I could score a lot of touchdowns! Ain't no way any kid is fast enough or strong enough to bring me down. I seriously would just dominate in this league! That is hilarious. Shit, I'd buy your jersey if you'd sign it for me. TheMalcolmConnection 10-04-2006, 11:29 AM HAHAHAH. You guys crack me up. Sometimes I put on a helmet during practice and run the ball if they aren't tackling well. 724Skinsfan 10-04-2006, 11:33 AM That is hilarious. Shit, I'd buy your jersey if you'd sign it for me. HAHA! This reminds me of the Joe Namath commercials a while back where he's thinking about "getting his old job back". So he gets these kids together to play and lights them up with passes. ArtMonkDrillz 10-04-2006, 11:41 AM HAHA! This reminds me of the Joe Namath commercials a while back where he's thinking about "getting his old job back". So he gets these kids together to play and lights them up with passes. Did you ever see the Namath commercial a few years back where he's in a sports store looking for a Jets jersey? The Jets really blew around that time and the clerk was giving him dirty looks for wanting the jersey and Namath was trying to tell him how great they were. Finally he goes, "we beat the Colts (it was back when they were the worst team in the league)," and the clerk just shakes his head. Did you see it? Huh? Did you? Huh? Sorry, back on topic, TMC you need to institute a flea-flicker into your playbook...or else! TheMalcolmConnection 10-04-2006, 11:49 AM I have a hook and lateral. |
