And maybe just maybe the Giants played well.:)
Redskins v. Giants: Goat of the Week?Giantone 10-08-2006, 04:28 PM And maybe just maybe the Giants played well.:) itvnetop 10-08-2006, 04:29 PM Sorry, but this was a team letdown today... I'm surprised the score wasn't worse. Even though the giants dominated the stats, we were still in the game due to the field goal battle until the end of the 3rd. we couldn't stop any 3rd downs- the one that hurt was the 3rd and 15 or so that led to a TD. Sheriff Gonna Getcha 10-08-2006, 04:31 PM The Giants did play well today. We played awful. That adds up to a win, and a deserved one at that, for the Giants. CrazyCanuck 10-08-2006, 04:33 PM The entire team and coaches. I'm not going to point any fingers at any individuals because I think we stunk across the board. You win as a team and lose as one, and today was definitely a team effort for that loss. Agreed. That was an ugly and lackluster game across the board. Very disappointing. Stacks42 10-08-2006, 04:36 PM Its Brunell, he stinks! 109yds passing WTF? He is so inconsistent and no defense is afraid he is gonna air it out, cause he cant anymore. He probably should have had 2-3 picks, and just put up and ugly display, its going to be an ebarrasing work week. Giantone 10-08-2006, 04:37 PM The Giants did play well today. We played awful. That adds up to a win, and a deserved one at that, for the Giants. Thanks. NYCSkin 10-08-2006, 04:40 PM 1. Oline. They were the heroes last week and crap today. 2. Carlos Rogers. Soft coverage. Dropped INT. Poor angles and tackling. Good thing he wasn't a top 10 pick...oops 3. Mark Foley mooby 10-08-2006, 04:48 PM The goat is anyone who wears the Burgundy and Gold. PFunk26 10-08-2006, 04:54 PM I'm putting this one on Tony Siragusa his irritating obvious statements had me distracted and I could recover and be the fan I know I can be. He's got in my head and for that I'm sorry Twilbert07 10-08-2006, 04:57 PM If I have to listen to Brunell bashing all week I think I'm going to puke. If you can honestly say that he was the main reason for that loss I'm sorry that's just a very ignorant view. You won't have to listen to Brunell bashing because everyone will have too tough of a time identifying whom to bash. Offense, defense, Hall (please bring in competition), coaching. Everything was bad this week. That's why we're 0-3 vs. the NFC and 0-2 in the NFC East. We're a sub-.500 team, like it or not. |
