What I would like is for Campbell to play in NFL Europe next springI think sending Campbell to Europe would be a horrible move. The amount of experience he would get would be minimal and he would probably be protected by bad offensive linemen. Also he would miss some of the offseason drills where a lot of offensive can chemistry be built. NFLE is for players on the bubble who are struggling to make an NFL roster, no place for JC right now.

I just finished watching the Redskins Report with George Michael, Sonny Jurgensen, John Riggins, and Michael Wilbon, again they stated the same thing they did last week. The Redskins traded for Duckett because Philadelphia was interested in him, and the didn't want to see him go to Philly. There must be some substance to it because they were all in agreement which to me means they all heard the same thing. Now if I'm Duckett, I wouldn't be pleased with a move like that at all. The Redskins have parked him in the neighbor's garage and appear to have no interest in playing him. JG has a different excuse each week as to why he will not be playing. His value is plumeting because he'll be a free agent at years end with no opportunity to play and increase his value. Talk about a conspiracy, maybe that is their plan, to stunt his growth so they won't have to give up any more than they had origionally planed with "hopes" of signing him to a new contract of lesser value than he would have recieved had he been able to showcase his talents so other teams could get a better look at what he could do. As I said before, this trade remains a complete mystery to me.

Wonder why we have no depth? We keep trading picks for guys with limited roles. Is this any way to build a long-term winner? I love how New England and Philly stockpile draft picks, and build a team through the draft first and fill the few remaining holes with free agency. I call that the "anti-Danny" approach to running a football team. I hope that Gibbs and The Danny can win consistently with their approach, but I won't hold my breath on that.[/quote]

"anti-danny" approach. someone he sees it for the way it is. we will pay a steep price for all of these trades down the road. It will come back and bite us in the ass again. Let me remind everyone once again of the 2000 season. This all seems eerily familiar. Coming off a playoff season we added a bunch of free agents....remember we won a playoff game in 99 and then added a bunch of free agents and we didnt make the playoffs. Fast forward to now. Won a playoff game and added a bunch of free agents and look where we are now. Too damn similar.
