I'm talking about the Panthers game. He had some passes on the money, but more than that he had passes where he missed his receivers REALLY bad. Like I'm talking had the DB been there, it was a sure INT.

would he have thrown to them if the DB WAS there? the fact that he saw and threw to the open guy is very promising for him, sounds like the rest he can work on with timing and more experience.

ugh, gross. it's gotten to the point where i'm living my Campbell QB dreams vicariously through a cowgirl. could it get any lower?

I did notice him not sliding when he did scramble last week. I'm sure they told him about that this week in practice. Perhaps they should have kept Henson so he could teach Homo how to do a baseball slide.
Good call Gigity, I noticed that too. Seems like a surefire way to get really hurt, especially when a big LB dives from head-on to stop him from getting an extra yard.

If Romo lights us up, then I'll retract all statements. But until then, let's see how he fares when he doesn't have to go only thirty-five yards.

With all the talk about Homo, lets not forget that Julius Jones is the real key. If we stop him and make Homo beat us we really have a chance but it all starts up front with our run D.

Right. Homo (I love that we can call him that) is no all-star by any means. He's STILL a rookie QB. I think with Griffin and Golston starting side by side we'd stuff the run quite well. I think Big Joe is about done unfortunately.

then for our sake, i hope i'm wrong wrong wrong.

i also hope i'm wrong about Brunell not being willing to throw long, over the middle, or into tight spaces.

It was one game and what will be said next week after we whip up on Dallas? Even Parcells said it was one game and that the next week could be a different result.

It was one game, but Romo didn't look too bad. He kept a few drives alive with his scrambling, something Brunell used to be able to do. He also got rid of the ball on time, which kept those dbs away from his off target throws.

If we don't get a pass rush, then everything else is moot. The key to rattling any young qb is to get in his face, dirty him up, and do it all day. It'd be nice if Andre Carter would show up, or if more than 1 of our linebackers came to play, I love Marcus Washington to death but the next play Holdman makes will be his first.

I want Rocky!!

Peppers was stopped most of the day, but look at what the Giants did to him. They made him look BAAAAAD.

I do too, but I think THAT'S something you're correct on.
