Come on fellas! This is the third season of Gibb II! This is HIS team. As head coach, he has assembled this staff and this roster! It just ain't working! Gibbs II is now 19-22! Don't hate the players, if anything hate their employer or the coach who wanted them. A good GM might have made a difference.

the younger guys hardly remember the sucess the skins enjoyed under coach gibbs original tour here. i am sure that most of them arent giving gibbs the free pass that the older fans have.

Blaming the defense for all of the woes is BS.
This team has the “most talented” offense in the league and can not out score anyone!

I am your age and I sure am not giving Gibbs a "free pass". He needs to get out of the play calling.
This was evident during last years playoffs when the defense carried the Skins to Seattle.
Teams with problem area's are probably player related. We are a team in disarray. I cannot think of any aspect that good. Special Teams has done the best that I know of, but all else is a bust............totally. COACHING. That is probably better news than being devoid of talent on the player side. I have no doubt Joe2 can right the ship, but..........realistically lets role out the 2007 team and find out who wants to be a "REDSKIN" and who does not.

we're 3-6 - there's plenty of blame to go around. GW has given us the #3 and #9 defense the last two years, and has a track record of good defenses (he turned the bills D from jokes to top 3), so i'd look more at the players and circumstance before calling for his head.
guys like breaux and saunders may be extraneous. That doesn't mean they're terrible, just that i don't personally believe that they really add a lot of value... too many chefs and all that.
as far as the bills losing games - their offense has been bad for a long time, their OL isn't good, their QB play isn't great, and GW has never been known as an offensive guy.

Agreed! We've watched him call those plays in the crunch. Whose brilliant idea was it to bring in Saunders?
Yes, it sounded fantastic back before rook camp, spring camp, however it is not working here. When I heard Brunell speak about Saunders bring a new, 700 page play book to us, and Mark said "it stinks"....something like at my age I have to RElearn a 700 page playbook, "sucks."
1. Protect Campbell, (O)
2. Trade for Andrew Walter, he'd love to be our backup
3. Make Saunders call plays from the sideline.
4. Let GW tear a new culo into somebody who did not play up to expectations.
5. Do not tell Campbell what to do. Let him make his own decisions. Maybe someday you will compare him with Cunningham.

why would we want andrew walter? if anything, gibbs will want a vet backup.

Some guy from the Washington Post said this morning on WashingtonPost radio (hurray clock alarms) that those dump off plays were more Mark Brunell rather than Sanders, a few were Sanders devices such as the run on 3rd down (which converted, who else was shocked). I believe most of those passes were check downs, just like 90% of the passes Brunell threw.
