He is a good coach even if he never wins a super bowl. Is it his fault Ernest Byner fumbled on the 1 yard line, no? I believe he would have went to the super bowl had that not happened. I was pretty upset at what happened in dc, bc i thought we had the makings of a real team. It makes you wonder about the FO when they make changes when things are looking up. Why not give marty some personell control? Last I checked his teams are doing pretty well. I'm not sure about SD as i know they have a GM, but they have made some great decisions in the draft.
