It's great so far. Harder than I expected in some ways, but also a lot of fun. Keeps you on your toes and busy the entire day. You get some really exciting, adrenaline pumping calls, some pretty sad calls, and quite a few calls that are just downright funny.

Actually had a call on my second day for a disturbance at a bank. Turns out a guy was banging on the doors because the bank closed, according to him, 37 seconds too early. He wanted us to go inside and see if the employees were still there and tell them that their clocks were set 30 seconds too fast.

As one of my academy instructors said, "Welcome to the police department. You've got a front row ticket to the greatest show on earth."

Congrats! So...are you the funny guy from Police Academy that does all the cool sound effects?
