F... total losers!

dude, i feel you. but in the end, you have to do what is in your heart. looking in from the outside, its easy to see that this guy is a loser. but when family is involved, sometimes its hard to say noI have tried so hard to get my wife to see that there is no hope for him. Its very hard being that he is her blood. For years we fought about this subject every time he got in trouble. She tried to defend him as a victim of circumstance every time. It took a great deal of time to get her to understand that he was putting himself into those situations and when it all boils down to it, it IS his fault.

Like my ole man used to say:

"Hang around a barber shop long enough, you are gonna get a haircut!"

No offense, but doesn't sound like much of a best man...

BD I agree. Just one of those life situations. I think my other buddys are steping up to the plate to help out. they all know how he is.

I used to be friends with a pathological liar and it got so bad that I pretty much stopped hanging out with him (except he has season tix, so I still go to games with him). Over the summer he started telling people that his brother (who I am also friends with) got into a fight while on vaction in Europe and ended up in a coma! He was practically crying when he told me this story, and if I didn't know any better I might have bought it.
Anyways, about two days after I hear this sad story, and have to hear about how it's made him such a wreck that he had to quit his job I get an email from his brother about Skins training camp or something.

I can no longer stomach hanging out with the guy, unless it's for a tailgate and game.

Mooches are the worst! My best man for my wedding is a moucher. I have been friends with him since like 3rd grade. I hate it. Now he is saying he has no money to come visit for the bacholer party but I know he buys weed all the time and just got a new plasma. He just doesn't want to spend money on non-fun things. It is so irrating.

What's more fun than being at a bachelor party and having bouncy tities in your face? He should be labeled an acquaintance at best.

I use to date a girl whose family was always f..ed up. They were basically homeless. I love the excuses that were thrown out every day. NEVER ASK HOW THEIR DAY WAS. Oh god that what start the crying and begging for money.
So when you went out on a date where did you pick her up?

Find a new best man and friend he is the one who should be honored to be your best man and is suppose to throw the bacholer party. My best man was happy to do this for me and I have been happy to do the same when I was a best man. Just because you have known him sense third its time to move on. I had a friend who I grew up with and he never seemed to have money or a job just seemed to call when we where heading out in the boat for the day and stuff like that. He is still a friend but we have grown apart and he is far from my best friend. If I see him out its nice to see him have a drink and talk some of the past but thats what it is the past.

Maybe you should ask one of your other buddies to be your best man and explain to you other (friend?) why you did what you did.
