Why? Because some dumb ass chick willingly went up to his hotel room at night? You don't go to a man's hotel room without expecting a little action. I'm not saying he raped her or that rape is OK but let's not pass judgment because we really don't know WTF happened in that room.

My sisters know better, and my daughter is sure as hell going to know better than to go up to a hotel room all by her self with a stranger.

because he is a dick, arenas scores 60 (mostly while kobe was on him) and kobe says "that wouldn't of happened if i were in"

well kobe you were gaurding him the whole night, he is just a big lying dick mongrel

I never thought Ginobili was a "dirty" player. I've never heard anyone say that before. He plays harder than almost anyone ... I guess that could be interpreted many different ways. Everyone thinks Bruce Bowen is dirty too -- I think he just plays incredible defense. Huh, I guess people aren't really used to that in the NBA.

As for Kobe, I think he's a great player. A little selfish, but great nonetheless. My problem with this incident is that Ginobili blocked the shot from BEHIND. How does Kobe manage to hit him with his forearm when Ginobili is BEHIND him? I can't really think of any possible way to do that incidentally.

I think the NBA made the correct judgment.

He plays hard for sure and he is a good player but he is one of the biggest flopper's in basketball if not THE biggest. I have seen him against the Sonics quite a bit (both in-person and on tv) and the man is a flopping (http://www.theoaklandpress.com/stories/061905/pro_20050619007.shtml) machine (http://www.mysanantonio.com/sports/basketball/nba/spurs/stories/MYSA060505.1C.BKNspurs.ginobili.2e1a8dfd4.html).

How does that make him dirty, rather than just being cheap?

i could care less i hate both of them as players, Manu's flopping and Kobe's arrogance just rubs me the wrong way. I've seen Kobe retaliate when being played tight before so it's quite possible

that seemed a little more than incidental contact, especially his reaction afterwards. i dont know if he meant it or not but it sure looked suspicious. im more suprised there was no foul called on the play
