Are you a broker, first?
No, I have an insurance agency but they bring in these type of guys as a motivational type speaker. Last year they had Terry Bradshaw who was funny as hell. When he had about 20min. left he said Oh, I'm suppose to motivate you guys so get selling and then went back to cutting up.
