I don't know why people are dumping on Brad Johnson so much. After all, he does have a Super Bowl ring and none of our QBs have one yet. Heck, I would've loved to have had BJ backing up Campbell if we didn't have Brunell.

B. Johnson was a heck of a better QB than Dilfer ever was.

As a backup I wouldn't mind having Johnson, but his starting days are clearly over.

I think Brad Johnson is undervalued. He is a proven winner. He never had the rocket arm, but was a leader, made good decisions, was accurate, and good under pressure. The Skins offense was pretty good with him under center and Stephen Davis in the backfield. He loved being a Redskin, but was treated poorly, basically losing his job not due to performance, but due to Snyder wanting to play Jeff George. Imagine the stability we would've had at the position had he stayed in town. I'd take him in a heartbeat over Brunnell right now.

I have never gotten why Skins fans bear so much animosity towards Johnson. He played great for us then, imo, got a raw deal as part of that whole 2000 free agency fiasco.

Of course now that he's a Cowboy I'll be rooting against him....still, seems like some people just despise him for no good reason.

I dont think it even matters who they have johnson or bledsoe they're the same QB, exact to the cell yea both are statues..... brad , well i liked him when we had him and i didnt agree with the whole jeff george is better debacle...lol that was pretty stoopid....i would luv to see us crush homo,then give brad his baptism of fire....lol as far as ramsey i hope he catches on somewhere. i hope he gets over being shell shocked, during spurriers regime he got pounded every game...it hurt me when i watched him take that punishment

He still was good enough to get them a ring and probably could've gotten us a ring if it had not been for the 2000 Snyder spending spree. He is quite the underrated quarterback that can be deadly to teams who think just like you. The guy knows how to play the game.
