Beware, HDMI cables that cost more than $25 are a big scam. HDMI cables send digital signals. Of course you want to make sure you don't buy poorly made cables but you shouldn't pay an arm and a leg for cables. As for XBox 360 Elite, Microsoft is definitely sticking it to Sony. There's really nothing compelling about the release though. It's a nice marketing gimmick and a way to generate fresh new press converge.


I agree that I cant tell much difference between a 25 dollar cable and a 60 dollar cable, but I know I've bought 2 25 dollar cables and had them quit on me for some reason... I have a friend that works installing fios with verizon and he gave me a cable that works great...
