Very little chance this year, IMO. I think Collins will remain with the team as a backup QB longer than Brunell; meaning I believe this is Brunell's last year. This all hinges on Saunders tenure with the team, of course.

I think Saunders is gonna be here for a while. The offense started to click last year, I still really dont believe that bull about him just not being able to produce when he has such a clear track record. I mean it has been hammered a million times, his offense really clicks the 2nd year. And from all reports so far during OTAs JC seems to be speeding up and the O looks good.

Then I would believe Collins will be here a while, as well. One can hope he sees the light and retires and then hires on as a coaches assistant of sorts but I feel he really wants to be under center still.

Well between Brunell and Collins, I'd probaboly rather see Collins go...but if our season comes down to either of them anyways...we're in trouble.

I mean with some of the success stories that have come out of NFL Europe, I hope Bramlet stays on this team as long as he proved himself in training camp..he could be a diamond in the rough shoudl things ever go south with Jason (injury or poor play).

Collins is as good as gone, as long as Palmer and/or Bramlet show some promise. Gibbs prefers to have the #3 and #4 QB spot filled by young guys. Brunnell fills the #2 veteran role. Collins is the odd man out.

Where would that leave Palmer?

I think there is a good chance that we will carry four QB's on the roster this year, so yes I do think there is a pretty good chance of Bramlet making it as a #3, or #4.

Practice squad, NFL-E next year.. Bramlett should be the #3 this year.. Collins was a safety blanket last year since he was the only one who knew the offense besides Saunders.

I hope by 2008 that both the young guys make the squad, so we have some big cannons as backups if JC goes down or somehow doesn't cut it.

With Casey having an outstanding season in NFL Europa, do you think he has a chance to bump Collins or Brunell, for the #3 QB spot?

He is currently leading there league in Passing Yards, Touchdown Passes & QB rating.

I think he has a real good shot at being our #3 QB. We all know the teams love for Mark, but a really think one of these two has a real good chance of getting cut. Keeping Palmer on the pratice squad. No, and only because we invested a pick in Jordan Palmer. I think Palmer will make the roster.
