im going to go ahead and bank this one on Wade. in order for us to win games (this is pretty basic) we need to do 2 things. stop the run, and run the ball well. without wade stepping up, our running game is at a huge disadvantage. we have an abundance of people who can step up if carlos doesnt (ie smooty) and we are deep at LB. i look to see golston improve as he did last year, but he wont be a superstar, yet. ;). Landry needs to live up to his potential, which may be stepping up in itself. one more note, if greggy wants to sucess gibbs, defense MUST be in the the top 5, 7 at least.

Ummm.... a certain guy named Shaun Suisham! If this guy doesnt play well we are in deep @#$%. We all know the woes of a poor kicking game. We can't have the missed 30 yarders and kicking it out of bounds and the other team getting the ball at the 40. I think and hope Suisham can do it this year. He seems like money inside the 40, but not a great guy beyond it. And Frost, I hope this guy can step up too!

You know, that's really not a bad pick at all.
I think we all remember the woes of having a poor kicking game.

I am surprised that so many think it's rogers.

Rogers without question. This is a guy who was drafted ninth overall and to now he has done NOTHING to show for it. 3 interceptions in two seasons. We are not talking about some walk-on scrub this guy was a thorpe award winner. I am sick of him getting burnt. Get up on the line jam the WR's and run with them. I mean he runs a 4.37 god!!!!!!!!!!!1 If he doesn't start doing this, he WILL be riding the bench.

Thankyou quake for showing a little care and concern for this team. It is refreshing to see a little emotion and heart about obvious matters concerning the weak links on this team. I am little troubled by some of the people here who are so eager to defend or explain away their pathatic play.

wow! SUISHAM. what a money call. i try to forget the days we would go through kickers, yet they came back last year. would love to see a stable kicker in DC! especially considering how skins games always seem to get close, we need a good kicker

Yeah, Suisham is a good call. I'm hoping we score enough TDs though not to need him too often.
