The question was originally questioned to gibbs. THe Holy thread's title was once, did you hear my question i asked gibbs(or something like that). It was an important descripition of the question and one that was put there for us to use today. I will wait on the word of Gibbs.

On the one hand, the question was about Smoot, so I do feel that he's in a position to answer it.
But on the other hand, it was posed to Gibbs so he is probably the only one who actually holds the Golden Key.

Like I said before, maybe Smoot is just trying to fool all of us. I bet that either the CIA or the Stone Masons put him up to it.
