Steve Yanda, of the Washington Post, reports the Washington Redskins will not keep both QB Mark Brunell (http://www.kffl.com/player/920/nfl) and QB Todd Collins (http://www.kffl.com/player/990/nfl) on the active roster, according to someone close to the situation.

Collins was brought in last year as kind of a tutor for Brunell and JC. I don't think he was there for anything other than speeding up their learning curve. Now they've got a full year in the Saunders' offense under their belt, so Collins becomes very expendable. I think it'll be Brameltt or Palmer, more likely Bramlett. Youth is important. Two 37 year olds as back ups doesn't give me any confidence. The way Bramlett has played over in Europe has been really impressive.
