Joe Sykes releasedEARTHQUAKE2689 06-29-2007, 12:29 AM Joe Sykes? Hmmm..... wonder if he's any relation? ;) to who?? holland_redskins 06-29-2007, 05:54 AM Those NFL europa players were they maked room for are good..believe the european Redskins fan. But the realese of Sykes is not bad , because heard Alex Buzbee is doing gooding good at camp. JoeRedskin 06-29-2007, 10:14 AM The Ravens, Eagles, and Patriots seem to have alot more luck with practice squad. Our defensive lineman have all been cut before training camp starts. I cant understand what they saw in them last year that is not good enough for training camp. Who from their practice squads is a regular contributor? Seems to me we have had one or two practice squad guys make the team or have a legitimate shot? Plus, you can only have so many slots at TCamp. Clearly, the coaches think that the guys cut weren't good enough to make the top 80. GhettoDogAllStars 06-29-2007, 12:34 PM If I'm not mistaken, any team can sign a guy from any other team's practice squad. I also think, if that happens, the signing team must place the guy on the roster -- they can't sign him onto their practice squad. So, if there are ever any "good" practice squads, the players on them would be available to EVERY team. If a team has a poor practice squad, it's a moot point -- from a roster development perspective -- as they can always take players from any practice squad in the league. Somebody please correct me, if I am wrong. 12thMan 06-29-2007, 01:02 PM If I'm not mistaken, any team can sign a guy from any other team's practice squad. Somebody please correct me, if I am wrong. I think you're dead on. You essentially can't shuffle practice squad players. However, if a guy is cut from the practice squad the other team can then place him on their practice squad. dmek25 06-29-2007, 02:37 PM all this about practice? we talking about practice, right? not a game, practice? skinsfan69 06-29-2007, 03:06 PM Check out my new site, www.IluvNFLpracticesquads.com (http://www.IluvNFLpracticesquads.com) LMFAO!! I mean heck, these guys are so awesome that our coaching staff can't even bring in competition to compete for a job. Yep, those guys were great great last year. Oh brother............. |
