BDBohnzie 07-24-2007, 10:31 AM I always make a beeline for Pistachios. They are great, and half the fun is opening them. Hot roasted peanuts are great too. Sunflower seeds are good to go as well. I much on them every day...spit cup's getting nasty, I may need to wash it out soon. Dill pickle ones are choice, but I usually stick with regular. Cashews are good, but certainly not my favorite. And to the question....a handful of mixed nuts are better for you than a serving of fat free pretzels. the nuts have essential fats, whereas the pretzels are pretty much empty calories and sodium.
