A tragedy indeed...His 49er teams along with our Redskins owned the 80's. May he RIP. Another one of the greats has gone.

The 49ers should really do something special to commemorate him. He is almost the sole reason the 49ers had all that success.
He should have a statue out front of the stadium.

75 is a good age to go. You're not a burden on someone else, but you still have good movement and mobility.
He lived a great life and will always be remembered by football fans forever.

great coach,great legacy on the field and off the field!he has fingerprints still over the coaching personell in the league still.i still think though that joe gibbs is just as good of a coach that bill walsh was.
