That is 10 times worse than that lawyer who sued those drycleaners over a missing pair of pants.
The guy was reaching deep with the plegding allegence to Al Qaeda part.

why wouldn't the first person that reads this as an official member of the system, just toss this into a trash can?

Cause they're too busy laughing.

I love how he ended it. "Michael Vick has to stop physically hurting my feelings and dashing my hopes." LOL
Unfortunately, complaints like these come through my office at least a few times a week. We would love to throw them out, but we can't.

Well, as a detention secretary, all I can do is turn the inmate's paperwork into the clerk's office. I'm not allowed to determine whether an inmate's complaint has any legal merit or not.
The Clerk's office doesn't have the authority to deny someone the right to file a complaint as long as it's filed in the proper format. It's up to a judge to impose sanctions on a person barring them from filing frivilous lawsuits.

what a total waste of time and effort. when it finally gets to the judge, will he snicker, and toss it?

I would think so, but I'm not very well versed in federal court filing procedures.
