When did I ever say that it impacted the game?? It just looked like the old Taylor of last year missing tackles. I agree though the defense did look amazing, and it looks like they're back to form I am just upset that Sean missed a tackle he clearly should have made.
I hope that Landry's habit of making solid form tackles rubs off on Taylor. We can't have Taylor missing tackles going for the spectacular hit.

Additionally, Springs looks fully healthy and that's huge for us.
Our entire secondary looked awesome against the Steelers, they were all punishing the WRs, even Carlos Rogers. :)

The guys in the Secondary really looked great on Saturday night. These guys are real punishers in the open field. I really just hope and pray that the injury bug doesn't come and bite us again. 2 more preseason games to get through.
HB Blades is a real draft pick for us as well. It seems that LB is one of the strongest points of our team, as well as safety, and CB. What is concerning me though is the lack of offensive production. I don't want to see a repeat of 2004 were our Defense was strong but Offensively we were anemic. Hopefully the emergence of Portis and our running game will come in the first week of the season, and really open things up for us in the passing game.

If I recall he missed a tackle on the long Santonio Holmes play. They left him out on an island and if he makes that tackle the drive is over and the Steelers would have had to punt. Other than that, I don't think he played bad at all.
That was a pretty bad missed tackle. It was like a bull running by a matador's red cape. Ole!
