Why does it seem like the first washed up veteran, former superstar, just got released, just failed a physical, player becomes available, we feel the need to inquire should we bring him in as a Redskin?

We are fine at RB. We already have guys who know the system. But I will say this. CP needs to get his ass together and play in some pre season games to get ready for the reg season.

Naw, I think CP will be fine even if he doesn't see a snap this year. I wouldn't suprise me at all, if Portis didn't play at all this pre-season; LT isn't.

Here is the difference. LT practices every day. The guy never misses a practice, plus the guy trains. CP has done nothing so far. I don't think CP is going to walk in the first week of the season and ball w/out any preseason work. He ain't Superman.
