My 360 died this morning. It was one of the original crappy ones.

I called Xbox this morning and they are replacing it no questions asked.

Hmmm, it will be interesting to hear if your new one has HDMI (http://www.redskinswarpath.com/395017-post20.html). Maybe mine will "go bad" too.
