Jacked Up, DC Style

Great hits throughout the game. ST had two memeroble one's, Portis did as well. Laron's hit at the end was the sweetest. I can't wait for the highlight video!

I'm starting to think that Portis is a safety at heart--he looks to hit people out there!

I'm pretty sure Portis played DB in HS. Also, he was recruited as a defensive player by Florida.

Portis did go both ways at Gainesville High, where I used to teach. And Steve Spurrier wanted to make him a safety, so he went to the U where he could be an HB instead of UF. Oh, the Ol' Ball Coach :doh:

This was a great game in all three phases. ST, LL, RM all had some big time hits. I don't know about anyone else, but I certainly see some confidence building ever so slowly.

Maybe a 3 way tie b/n Portis, ST, and LL.

Hey, i'm too lazy but can anyone find the Sellers run over Dawkins last year. That just doesn't get old.

Portis coulda played Safety if he wanted too. He consistently lays the wood. Remember thats how he separated his shoulder in the preseason last year. He goes from Keiwan Ratliff to William James with the "hit stick!"

Portis is a hard hitter last year when he injured himself & this year he laid the pipe already!!!
