I have to agree that the coaching staff called a good game. I don't know about you guys/gals, but if we didn't get the safety I really thought we could have seen another great 1/2 of football and complete domination of the opponent go straight down the shitter.
GREAT defense, the best they have played all year against a VERY good offense.
We will need another performance like that next week in Lambeau.

Big-up to the coaches...they really let Campbell lose today. Love GW's game plan too. He really took away everything the Lions wanted to do!
My Game Ball goes to the coaches.

My Game Ball goes to the coaches.I agree - Just a dominating effort all the way around. I just love it when Sellers turns the corner leading Portis on a sweep - somebody's head is about to roll!!!

Extremely conservative game plan. Play keep away offense with long drives (no deep plays) and no blitzing. Doesn't sound much different than other games this year. Of course, the players did exceptional following the gameplan and just out-hustled and out-played the Lions players. Take away Portis' fumble and the fact that nobody on defense can fall on a loose ball, and it was a perfect game.

MAJOR PROPS for Coaches!!
The best indicator of being aggressive was the 4th and 2 when we PASSED the BALL!!!
That is AWESOME!! and AGRESSIVE.
We also went for a 4th and 1 that we missed in the first half.
I really think this is more of a Gibbs confidence booster win in Campbell than anything....It cannot be overstated....Gibbs aggressiveness is directly correlated to his confidence in his QB.
Look at the SB teams....they though he was Don Coryell JR....look at him with Brunell......conservative passing WR screens and 3 yard passes and only threw deep when desperate.
Wake up folks!!!
The skins have their first potential (not this yr) Pro bowl QB since Brad Johnson and before that was Rypien!
CAMPBELL IS BECOMMING SOLID!!!!

I agree with you.
Campbell really has a shot at being the best Skins QB since Joey T. (I hope he's no rypien, he wasn't very good, and Johnson wasn't around long enough, but I get the point)

I agree, but there shouldnt be any crow eating, the playcalling was brilliant today and continued to stay aggressive throughout the game,I cant say that about the last game, but lets not get into that again.Once again, thought todays playcalling was great
Portis looked like the old Portis, his moves and cuts today I thought were the best I've seen of him in a while
Jason C as well looked great,23-29 great job Jason
The other wr's stepped up,Keenan with 2 big catches and even LLoyd had a catch
Thrashs punt return was huge
Defense was spectacular,Andre carter looked like a beast
it was just a great all around game
I'm a little worried about CP, I thougt early on he looked tentative, but maybe he was just being patient. Late in the game on those sweeps he was patient & got some nice gains.
What worries me is that he's had a lapse of attention the past 2 weeks. last week it was the fumbled handoff, this week the direct snap. Don't know whose fault they were, but could've been his. Then of course the fumble inside the 10.
Hopefully these are just a couple bad plays that any player will have in a season.

After the game, Rabach said the direct snap was his fault, not Portis'. He didn't specify but said the snap was not intended for Portis
I really didn't see anything drastically different from the Giants game, the key today was we made some big plays, kept drives going, and converted 3rd downs. This play calling crap is so overrated.
