I doubt that considering we played better in the second half than the first vs the Lions.
Moss is more explosive and a better WR. I disagree with this comment a lot. While I obviously agree missing ARE will hurt, it won't more than missing Moss. Moss is our table setter, and he is a home run hitter. Moss has been clutch for us for years, while ARE has had 2 good games...well 1 good game, and 1 good half.
I think this is a classic case of us over valueing a player. I like the guy, but he's no Santana Moss.

Overall, I agree with every one of your points. However, Moss has not had the most reliable hands this year and I think Randle El has been more clutch TO THIS POINT in 2007. I think that Randle El is developing a nice raport with JC and that makes a difference. Be honest, based solely on this year's performance: On third and 6, who do you trust to catch the crossing pattern, Randle El or Moss? So far, it's been #82.

I agree completely. ARE has been much more reliable then Moss the entire year. I know it's been a short year, but Santana is dropping catches I could make. I still like Santana and I like to seem him back in our offense, but IMO ARE is more reliable right now.

Wasn't that just one game?

What do you mean? Just one game of Santana dropping easy catches? I'm pretty sure he has dropped some pretty easy ones in every game he has participated in. I'm sure he did it in the Dolphins and Giants game. It seems to me like he is dropping all the over-the-middle passes. The ones that put him at the greatest risk of getting nailed. Maybe he is scared? Who knows.

I'm gonna' have to disagree on that one. I'm pretty sure he's made all his catches this year aside from that crazy Dolphins game.

I really really hope Moss vs. Randle El is not becoming the next Portis vs. Betts on this site.

I'll give you the low down from a packer fan perspective.

The biggest part of the game is going to be turnovers. Farve has been good this year and has only really had one bad INT (to Urlacher), but if he gets behind he starts to just chuck it anywhere. However, I am hoping that the packers will start off with some conservative passes, and run the ball almost a 50% ratio. This will most definatly change if there is even the slightest sign of unsuccess. Where I hypothesize the game will be won is in the Packer D getting some ever turnovers. I am looking for 2INTs, and at least one sack from Arron Kampman or KGB resulting in a fumble (they have been getting very close and seem due).

I feel that success for the Redskins will only come from running the ball, or from some sort of fluke Redskin TDs (Kick/Punt TDs, fumbles, etc.) that will put them in the lead early and cause Farve to get risky. It is true that the packers have been horrible covering TEs, but you gotta figure they will catch on sometime and it maybe this week with a chance of both Moss and Randel el being out.

What redskin fans want to be afraid of is: Lambeau Field, Packer D, and watch out for Vernand Morency (He is coming of an injury and is about to peak). There is alot of emotion in Lambeau and this is a huge game, because there is a Bye week after this and the Pack don't want to go into that with 2 losses. I am afraid of Clinton Portis and Betts breaking big plays, I truly feel Campbell is due for a bad week.

But either way good luck and congrads on a good record.

Thanks for the viewpoint from a Packers' fan. But to me, it seems you are hoping to win - hoping that Campbell will have a bad day, hoping that the Packers will cover TEs better, hoping Morency breaks out, hoping that the pass rush forces turnovers, hoping that there will be balance with the Packers offense.

To me, as long as the redskins continue playing the way that they have played (minus Giants second half game), then they will win.
