We're definitely not done. It's an uphill climb no doubt, but we're still in it.

I'm sorry, but with our record and division game losses. We are done for the season. The Redskins have a lot to improve. Mainly, it is winning games in the 2nd half. That is the problem that the Redskins face now as well as last season.

Admitting that the playoffs are probably not in the picture does not mean the season is done. I pretty much figured the playoffs were out of the picture after the Eagles game for a variety of reasons, but the rest of the season is still very important. Campbell gets more time to develop for one thing. It also gives the team an opportunity to earn some dignity.

And one more thing, I get to watch 2 of the last 6 games live on TV (instead of streamed), and that's just about all I can ask for in a week.:D

I think we need to find a way to put some more pressure on the passer or it will be touch and go the whole way and you need a lot of good fortune to win say 5 out of 6 when they're all close. The defense needs to play a whole lot better. I think the offense is pretty close to being a 24 to 25 point per game group right now which is what I was hoping for before the season. Since N.E., they've scored 23, 25, and 23. They've shown a lot of improvement considering the injuries they've had. The defense needs to find a way to make that be enough.

We need some g*d damn consistency. JC had a chance to win the game and he threw such a bad pick. Santana shows up, where the hell has he been all year? Defense wasn't covering TO at all. My wife's like "Why don't they just double TO? Crayton sucks." This is my wife talking. Uh, she's right. We ain't going to the playoffs until we get some kind of balance going. WRs who play EVERY week. A defense who plays for 60 minutes, not blow another halftime lead. The Philly game made me puke, we fought in this game, but we need the consistency of the old gibbs teams. 30 points, 14-17 against. C'mon Gibbs, show me the magic I believe in, man. GW, Al, do it up as well. We have the players, Detoilet and AZ suck, so we can get in, if we get some balance. Damn I hate the boyz.

There is a lot to build on from the Dallas game. We played very well, and keep in mind there is NO TEAM better than Dallas left on our schedule. Detroit is 1 game above us, but we have the tie breaker on them. We can and will do this people.
If we play like this, we'll win out!

Are we going to make the play-offs?....No. We will go as Campbell gose. He is getting better with each game but his final two drives show he has a lot to learn still and needs some other help[in the draft and free agentcy] and more time on the field. Still he looks to be a QB that can be a big time winner if he gets the time and help. That something!!! Just not the play=offs this season!

Yeah I know, but this Giants fan think that just because the Skins offense score 23 points that Dallas's D must bad.

How about giving credit the Skins offense a little? I think he is hurt that JC put up more points than Eli.
The Giants also put up 35 on them the opening game, what is your point? Dallas is winning because of their offense, not the D. Having a good game against them offensively is nothing to get too excited about. Their secondary is terrible and they can be thrown on all day.

If Campbells continues to grow into the player we all expect him to be there is no way we can miss. Bank on that.

Basically if we win next week, and Green Bay beats the Lions on Thanksgiving, were the 6 seed after next week....I'd say right now its a race between us and Detroit (and I guess you can't rule out Philly at this point either) for the 6 spot.

For all of those who say that there is no chance to make the playoffs, then you obviously haven't considered the scenarios. It is actually pretty straight forward.

With the Saints losing again it looks like only one team will come out of the South, not two, and the Skins hold the tiebreaker over AZ so there is only one team coming out of the West too in all liklihood. The Lions have a brutal schedule the rest of the way and they are a paper tiger anyway, look for Green Bay to beat up Kitna with their front four (and I think they actually still have to play GB at Lambeau too). You can assume at this point that the Giants can at least manage two more wins and make it in, but the Skins hold the tiebreaker over Detroit and AZ and I think the Lions will have a tough road the rest of the way.

If they lose to Tampa this week then you can start throwing dirt on them, but until then they are very much alive. If the Skins can go into the last game with Dallas at 9-6 then they will probably find themselves in a win to get in type deal. That is the best they can hope for at this point. I hope they can figure out a way to stop Galloway from getting deep on them, though, Reed Doughty is clearly a special teamer and nothing more. Not having ST really did them in yesterday, ever TD that Owens scored was a blown coverage that involved either Doughty or Pierson.

The Skins will need 9 wind to make the playoffs. There is no way they will win 4 of their next 6. If the Skins arent careful they might not finish ahead of Philly.
