I actually really like american dad...
my shows I may be embarassed by are kid nation and hell's kitchen. Oh I love the shield, but I'm not at all embarassed by that, that's just a bad ass show...
other than that, we pretty much watch hgtv, foodnetwork, discovery hd theater, football, and cartoons...
which reminds me... I actually like spongebob. I used to really like rocko's modern life, but I can dig some spongebob nowadays... that's probably the worst one...

I'm not afraid to say I love the Food Network. Other than the NFL Network that's probably the channel that's on the most in my house.
You gotta love that Giada De Laurentiis chick. She cooks a mean dish of macaroni :silly:

Unique Whips - yesterday they did Lavar Arrington's house (rerun from a couple of years ago).
Any Christmas special. Seriously, it could be on the spanish channel, and I'll watch it.

I could watch ANYTHING on the spanish channels The women are AMAZING. Always liked the spanish girls...
