Rain? In Seattle?

It's also snowing in the North Pole, and I hear it's hotter than a sonofabitch in Sahara desert.

The Skins have played in bad weather 3 of the last 4. (Vikings game was perfect) I am sure the Seahawks will play fine in bad weather, but this Skins team seems to be a bunch of "Mudders" anyway. Bring it on! And give me John Faccenda as the Play-by- play guy, and not Collensworth and Hammon! YUCK! I hate Collensworth!

Boys, I am sure glad someone beat me to the punch and alerted the faithful with the weather update. Thanks, SFRedskin.

For all intents and purposes, that will be changed to a 100% chance of not only rain, but heavy, blinding rain for gametime Saturday. This is a powerful storm system that will plow ashore and produce rain amounts in excess of 2-3 inches. The winds will probably howl more than they did during the NYG game, making it imperative for the rushing attacks to have above average, if not stellar, production. I'll take CP and the Skins to do more in these elements.

All the while, native DC'ers will enjoy a very pleasant January weekend marked by temps in the 50s and more sun than clouds. It will occur in advance of what will be our January thaw all of next week, with widespread 60s for high temps and a spring-like feel to the air.
Thanks weatherman Rock!

And now back to the studio...

thanks to both SFredskin & Rock31 for some great updates.
Like I said, if there's wind that's what will make a difference, so it would favor the Skins.

I think you mean Seller(s) production.

It's going to rain but Seattle rain is usually very light rain. If you're going to the game expect to be standing the whole game...bring worm+rain attire and some gloves.

bring worm? are we going fishing? ;) Or are you flying us all out there, and providing your house as a place to stay for the extended weekend?

I'm trying to scrap enough $$ together so I can fly up to the game on Sat. I hope it rains I like our running game better then Seattle’s. I’m glad this is the team we start with, the Seahawks are ripe for the picking right now. HTTR!!!

It's baby talk? I don't know about staying at my place but I'm certainly willing to treat you with a few drinks and celebrate a victory.

the seattle field can drain 7 inches an hour (i think that's what i heard), so it won't affect footing much (just a little slippery), and we've seen todd in crazy wind and in some rain, so as long as we don't get both, it shouldn't really matter too much.
